The 4th Edition International Standards for Hospitals (Effective 1 January 2011) require organizations to select five (5) clinical measures from the JCI International Library of Measures (see QPS.3.1). 추가로 임상 진료 프로그램 증명서 요구사항에는 프로그램이 JCI 국제 측정 라이브러리의 네(4)가지 측정치 중에서 최소한 두(2)가지를 선택하도록 하는 내용이 포함됩니다. Accredited organizations and certified programs will be able to access the Measurement Information Sheets, which provide a full description of the measure with data definitions and all associated collection criteria, through the 인증된 기관을 위한 자원 센터 after 25 August 2010.
